    Efficiently said.

Google gets many breakthroughs because its culture permits Googlers to spend up to 20% of their time working on projects of their own choice & interest.

My bank, on the other hand, is so stuck in expressing meaningless bromides instead of responding to its customers that it took 6 emails to receive a useful answer to a question about the pending merger transition.

Both reflect the culture of the respective organization.
