Interesting. How do you apply this knowledge to large government agencies?
ReplyDeleteRandy, we are seeing a lot of important social communication in the governments. I am active on TFCN (The Federal Contractor Network), GovLoop, and The Web Managers Roundtable, a group of the top 150 transaction websites in the Washington, DC area.
